Zumo is looking to welcome 300 new customers with a £5 welcome gift. There are some prerequisites (fuller terms and conditions below):

1. You must have registered and have attended the GenZ Club Crypto Summit event on Monday 24 February 2022. Gain some insight into the world of crypto!
2. You must have provided your consent for GenZ Club to pass on your details in order to participate. We need this so that we can check that you attended, among other things.   
3. You must be one of the first 300 people to register for the event and you must subsequently open up a Zumo account. For this: 
   1. You must have downloaded the Zumo App,
   2. Passed account verification, and,
   3. Linked your bank account to your Zumo account via the App.

Terms and Conditions 

1. By participating in the offer of a £5 welcome gift, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or extend this offer at any time.

2. The £5 welcome gift is only open to Event attendees that open an account with Zumo. The Event referred to is the Crypto Summit event by Gen Z Club taking place on 24 February 2022, sponsored by Zumo. 

3. To qualify, 

1. You have been one of the first 300 people to register for the Event.
2. You cannot be a current or previous user of Zumo.
3. You must be aged 18+ and a UK resident.
4. You must successfully pass security checks (including ID verification) to complete the account creation process.  
5. You must link your bank account details to your Zumo GBP wallet via the App.  

4. Zumo will inform all qualifying users that £5 will be deposited into their Zumo GBP wallet, visible within the Zumo App.  Note, users are not required to make a deposit to participate in this offer and there are no restrictions regarding the withdrawal of this gift to your linked account.

5. Zumo will apply the £5 credits into the relevant qualifying user’s GBP wallet within 30 days of the end of the Event. Please email our customer support team at support@zumo.money in the unlikely event that we had advised that you would receive the welcome gift and you have not received a £5 credit within this timeframe. 

6. We reserve the right to refuse to credit or reclaim the £5 welcome gift at our sole discretion and when we suspect foul play. This includes when we deem a user to be abusing the system (such as for attempting to create multiple accounts).

7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland. You can bring legal proceedings in the Scottish Courts. If you live in England and Wales, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English and Welsh courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the Scottish courts.

8. To the extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any loss you incur arising from this offer..
